Why I built this

I own two clinics currently. I've bought practices and sold them. I've hired team members, managed associates, and sat in the owner's chair through the good months and the hard ones. I know the work that goes into success.I've made my share of mistakes though.
I sold a clinic for less than it was worth. I overpaid for another one because nobody was in my corner telling me the truth. And I've have months that I just barely made it. Those mistakes cost me real money and real stress. And they didn't have to happen.
Here's what I learned: most doctors are really good at taking care of patients. But nobody teaches us how to run a business. We graduate with a degree and a dream and zero training on what actually makes a practice work.
